Saying No To Employees Or Associates
You don’t want to diminish the enthusiasm of your staff or associated companies. Their ideas may be good but not appropriate for your company now. Try building on their ideas instead of killing them. The way they were presented may not fit in with your current plans for the future of your company.

Perhaps the suggestion will be more suitable later. But be open to new ideas as the next concept may be the one that takes your business to a new level. Write the ideas down and place them in a file. You never know where the next great idea or insight will come from.

Sometimes, another person can see things a little more objectively or clearly. For example, a staff member may have more direct contact with customers and could recognize their real needs better than you could.
